Partnership
Xinity × SNCS: AI Meets Data Sovereignty | Xinity
As AI transitions from experimental use cases to business-critical operations, the demand for secure, local, and controllable environments has never been higher. Today, we are announcing a strategic partnership between Xinity and SNCS to address exactly this challenge.
The Problem: AI Gets Stuck Between Pilot and Production
Most enterprise AI projects follow the same pattern. The model works. The proof of concept impresses stakeholders. And then the rollout stalls.
The reasons are rarely technical. They are structural. Legal teams flag data residency risks. Compliance officers ask where the inference actually runs. IT leadership cannot approve a production deployment that depends on infrastructure they do not control. The result: promising AI initiatives sit in limbo between "successful pilot" and "secure production," sometimes for months.
This is not a model problem. It is an infrastructure and governance problem.
What SNCS Brings
SNCS (Sparer & Neulinger Consulting & Systems) specializes in AI governance and Agentic AI architecture. Their approach focuses on making AI agents not just useful, but controllable, traceable, and compatible with regulatory requirements from the architecture level up.
Where most organizations rely on prompts to manage AI behavior, SNCS builds governance layers that restrict what agents can do, regardless of what a model might suggest. The difference matters: a prompt describes desired behavior, while a governance architecture enforces boundaries.
This is critical for enterprises deploying AI agents that interact with CRM systems, internal data, emails, workflows, or customer-facing processes.
What Xinity Brings
Xinity provides sovereign AI infrastructure that lets organizations run any generative AI model entirely on their own hardware. No data leaves the building. No external API calls. No US jurisdiction exposure.
Our open-source inference engine is OpenAI-compatible, meaning existing integrations continue to work with a single configuration change. The infrastructure is designed to support EU AI Act and GDPR compliance through local data residency by default.
What the Partnership Delivers
By combining SNCS's governance expertise with Xinity's on-premise infrastructure, we are offering enterprises a single path from experimental AI to secure, production-grade deployment.
End-to-End Sovereignty. Controllable AI solutions running on local infrastructure. No data leaves your organization. The intelligence layer and the governance layer both operate within your walls.
Operational Readiness. AI moves from "experimental pilot" to "secure production" by solving the infrastructure and governance bottleneck simultaneously. Instead of addressing these challenges sequentially, enterprises can resolve both in a single integration.
Flexibility. Clients choose secure on-premise execution on Xinity hardware, deployed to their specifications. The architecture adapts to the enterprise, not the other way around.
Compliance by Design. The combined solution is designed to support EU AI Act and ISO 42001 compliance through local data residency and audited agentic layers. Compliance is not retrofitted after deployment. It is built into the architecture from the start.
Why This Matters Now
The regulatory landscape for AI in Europe is tightening. The EU AI Act's transparency obligations take effect in December 2026. The European Commission's Tech Sovereignty Package, expected May 27, is set to introduce further restrictions on how public-sector organizations procure cloud infrastructure for sensitive data.
For enterprises in regulated industries, the question is no longer whether to move AI on-premise. It is how quickly the infrastructure and governance can be put in place to support production workloads under these new requirements.
This partnership exists to answer that question.
